This role will focus on building and enhancing logistics, automation, and hub operation solutions to drive exceptional efficiency and scalability.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, tech, and operations teams to develop products that optimize the speed, efficiency, and reliability of our global supply chain network.What you'll be doing...Logistics Management: Design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions to ensure seamless inventory movement across the supply chain, covering all critical aspects of logistics.Quality Check (QC) Automation: Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to:Design workflows to identify and report QC issues upon inventory arrival, capture customer responses, and drive the resolution process.Automate quality check processes to improve accuracy and speed.Design and implement systems to reduce time-to-check for inbound and outbound inventory.Fulfillment Hub Operations: Drive innovation in inventory management by developing tools for:Real-time tracking and monitoring of stock within hubs.Implementing smart batching algorithms to improve order fulfillment efficiency.Enabling automated sortation of inventory for smooth movement across the network.Ultra-Fast Delivery: Develop and pilot delivery models that enable ultra-fast fulfillment within minutes or hours.
