The Fixed Income Associate will perform these functions as well as demonstrate innovation and a proactive approach, highlighting inefficiencies, risks, and implementing improvements. In addition, the analyst will be expected to provide a high level of service to the Bank's clients.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Booking process: Input primary issues, credit deals, and structured products.Allocation process.Position reconciliation & portfolio compressions.Coordination with FO and BO of the corporate events and settlement of cash flows.Analysis of P&L and/or differences identified on the sensitivities of the books, working with the FO, IT, and Market Risk.Attend requests received by Compliance and Regulatory Reporting related to any reports delivered to the regulators (EMIR, DF, MIFID).Assist Front Office in the structuration of complex trades, suggesting the best way of booking.Development, enhancement, and implementation of automated processes for trade insertion, trade reconciliation, and trade reporting across the Front Office portfolios.Trade support and portfolio management and oversight for the Gilt-Edge Market Making portfolios in Santander London Branch.Trade support and trade reconciliation across the systems used by Front Office (i.E., Murex / ION / TOMS).EXPERIENCE3+ years of experience in a similar role Management/Securities/Derivatives Operations/financial industry.EDUCATIONRelevant degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Technical, Computer Science, Mathematics.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExcel (macro design, VBA, and SQL), Murex, Bloomberg, and ION.OTHER INFORMATIONThe position is the first line of control of the Treasury.
