Responsibilities
The Interest Rate and FX derivative department for Corporate Iberia seeks the incorporation of a VIE for 12 months.
The onboarding candidate will perform assistant duties to the existing sales team; will work throughout the production chain of hedging solutions for our clients from the risk analysis of the trades proposed to the documentary monitoring of the confirmations, going through the pricing of the hedging alternatives.
In all activities, you will be guided and supervised by the current sales team.
Preparation of documentation for onboarding and documentary maintenance of existing and new clients (KYC maintenance).Indicative calculations of the counterparty risk in the proposed operations.Calculation of indicative prices for hedging interest rate and FX risks.Preparation of draft commercial documentation with hedging proposals for the customer base.Statistical and commercial analysis of the activity. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
Graduate with a Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration.
Language skills:
English - Fluent (B2-C1)
Spanish - Intermediate
French - Intermediate
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
Good communication and presentation skills
Cash flow modelling
Accounting know-how
Structured Financing knowledge
Excel

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Spain is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment.
It will last 12 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid for up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
