What are we looking for?
We are looking for a profile who will lead the skin experts team ensuring a best in class last mile touch point with shoppers. You will be responsible for motivating and leading the team to deliver retail sales, business KPIs and further expand ISDIN LOVER community.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the Skin expert team by optimizing resources, sharing best practices and detecting opportunities in the channels.
Optimize route, control travel expenses.
Monitor & manage annual compensation for POS team and POS retail promotions.
Set and drive sell out targets, KPIs, actively following up on delivery and action plan per region when needed.
Ability to understand sales data and run pre and post activity analysis, propose and drive action plans.
Share weekly sell out report and KPIs.
Attract, recruit, and retain a high performing team.
Coach, lead, develop talent & create synergies in the team.
Evaluate team performance, manage new hiring and support field sales executive for onboarding while working closely with HR.
Carry out appraisal of Skin expert team leader.
Develop a yearly store experience/events strategy working with Trade mktg team and BU managers for skin expert team following the marketing calendar and brand priorities.
Cascade and deliver store experience/promotions.
Report any competitor activities.
Work closely with channel leaders and KAM to understand channel needs and opportunities.
Build a yearly education calendar with training team to answer skin expert team training needs.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role.
Education: University Degree.
Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2).
IT: Strong information system skills (Excel, CRM).
Others: Willingness to travel (up to 70%).
