We perform tenders, commissioning, and maintenance of olive oil projects.
We are looking for a Service Execution Team Leader to perform the following tasks: Responsibilities: Coordinate all the service execution requests in Spain and Portugal coming from external and internal customers (project managers, sales team, technical support, and service administration).
Assign resources, organize service documentation, follow up on works, and maintain communication with customers (internal or external) until works are finished.
Accountable for the job performance and development of Field Service Engineers by monitoring their work and improving their hard and soft skills through coaching and training.
Manage proactively the needs of Field Service Engineers to ensure that works are done under safe and healthy conditions.
Responsible for controlling and optimizing Field Service utilization times.
Prepare service quotations and follow up on invoicing related to service execution works.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Organization, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, etc.).
At least 3 years of leadership experience with large Service Execution teams within a Service organization.
Work experience with typical daily tasks that require coordination of service execution activities (resource assignment, cancellations, travels, access documentation, etc.).
Technical experience within commissioning and troubleshooting of centrifuges or similar equipment is positively valued.
Good leadership skills, ability to network and build relationships, and a high level of resilience.
Very good communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking.
Takes ownership of work, successes, and mistakes; open-minded and solution-oriented.
