.This position reports to the Idrica Board of Directors with a direct line to the Chief Executive OfficerQUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 5 years of professional experience with ethics and compliance issues, such as: anti-corruption laws and regulations (including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), third party compliance, anti-fraud, trade compliance, antitrust/competition law compliance, privacy, conflict of interest and anti-harassment.Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or Law Degree preferred.Professional compliance professional certification,

such as CESCOM or CCEP-I.Spanish and English language proficiency.Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct.Strong grasp of current ethics and compliance best practices and industry standards.Previous experience in implementing and/or leading an Ethics and Compliance Program.Previous experience identifying and resolving ethics/compliance issues quickly and effectively, making timely and informed management calls with proven ability to drive operational excellence and developing and implementing compliance training, communication, policies, processes and procedures.Strong business acumen with ability to detect emerging ethics/compliance trends and develop appropriate responses.Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.Superior communication skills, inter-personal skills, mature judgment and independent thinking.Ability to drive sustainable cultural and organizational change.Energetic and innovative self-starter.Ability to analyze and translate policy into practical business processes.Ability to operate with discretion, confidentiality, objectivity and independence.Strong analytical,
