You will provide support on a wide range of corporate legal matters related to the activity of the Company in Spain and abroad and you will work with different stakeholders (sales, business development, finance, customer success).We need someone like you to help us in different fronts.
The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:Legal and regulatory advice to the team, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements (license agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, DPAs, customer and partnership agreements), and ensuring that all commercial agreements adequately protect the company's interests, improve processes, and increase company growth.Advising and supporting the company's different departments such as sales, business development, customer success, human resources, finance, etc.Providing accurate and timely legal advice to stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues, including intellectual property (patents, trademarks, and copyrights), data protection, machine learning, cybersecurity, and regulatory and legal compliance.Ongoing awareness of regulatory developments that may have an impact on our industry and support for future initiatives, as well as advice on the implementation of current or new regulations, particularly in the areas of fraud prevention and AML.Work closely with the Head of Legal to meet deadlines and collaborate on projects.Undertaking any other duties, functions, or services related to the role of Legal Counsel, as determined by the legal department or senior management.EXPERIENCEMinimum 6 years of experience as a Legal Counsel with an established law firm or multinational company.EDUCATIONBachelor´s Degree in Law.
Spanish Bar Association Membership.
Master's Degree in New Technologies Law, Intellectual Property, Machine learning, and Data Protection will be highly valued.SKILLS KNOWLEDGEFluent in English written and spoken as it is used on a daily basis.OTHER INFORMATIONAvailability to travel.Idiomas: Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr
