Hybrid Agency: Havas Media Group Spain Job Description Summary: Havas Media is looking for a Project Management Executive to join its Global Client Experience Practice team.
The Global Client Experience Practice (GCEP) is a business unit created to support client-facing members of the Havas community in fostering the best possible relationships with our clients.
GCEP offers a catalogue of tools, templates, processes, and internal consultancy services designed to drive consistency of client experience, maximize efficiencies, amplify thought leadership, and promote best practices.
Job Description: Mission: This position will focus on the promotion and implementation of GCEP's tools and processes across our global network, requiring skills in communications, measurement, and analysis.
A key component of this role will be to act as a global steward of our client sentiments surveying platform and surrounding processes—ensuring its successful implementation, ongoing maintenance, and conducting analyses of the data it produces.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the global setup, rollout, and adoption of tools and products developed by the Global Client Experience Practice and our third-party client sentiments surveying platform.
Act as a liaison between suppliers, GCEP, and Havas Media local markets to implement surveying practices.
Perform analysis on the data produced by our client sentiments surveying platforms, extracting meaningful insights and recommendations.
Promote GCEP's client management discipline and best practices to Havas account teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, quality, and scope.
Monitor project deliverables and milestones.
Drive continuous improvement in project effectiveness, efficiency, and risk reduction.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of GCEP products against KPIs.
Track progress against the global team's annual project plan.
Maintain an overall picture of projects within the scope and produce regular status reports.
Facilitate collaboration between the global team and local markets.
Provide ad hoc project management support to affiliated account teams and business units, including onboarding new global clients.
Manage internal communications about various GCEP tools, products, and processes.
Previous Experience & Industry Background: 2-4 years of Project Management experience.
Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
Some professional experience in Advertising Industry, Tech Industry, Digital, Data, or Consulting desired.
Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, etc.).
Language proficiency: fluency in English and Spanish, other languages a plus.
MS Office 365 suite (incl.
PowerBi and SharePoint preferred).
Soft Skills & Competencies: Cross-cultural experience working across Havas Media's global markets.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and ambiguity.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with multiple teams and functions.
Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
