JOB PURPOSE - Supply Chain integrates with SAP transportation and Connectivity Platform as well as other Third Party tools to deliver End to End processes (integration with carrier for instance, Freight Forwarders, etc.).
- Ensure close relationship with business teams and Centre of Expertise with recurrent follow ups on business needs to make sure we deliver them the expected value.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Collaborate with Product Owner on benchmarking activities and keep track of industry trends.
- Leads CAP meetings in coordination with the Product Owner in order to identify enhancements priorities and its completeness.
- Coordinate as well as manage UAT activities during projects and/or enhancements.
- Write acceptance test.
- Help the Product Owner on Strategy and Roadmap definition by providing his/her experience on the core transportation tool.
- Identify ways of improvement through enhancements.
- Act as PM or IPL for Waterfall projects if necessary.
- Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Participates in implementation roll outs and enhancement projects: perform business modifications, enhancements for system developments.
- Collaborates with process owners on process design.
- Helps defining user requirements, master data and articulation model.
- Writes detailed specification documentation for configuration and development matching functionality with business needs.
- Specifies functional unit testing.
- Executes and documents System Integration Test (SIT).
- Executes appropriate regression testing.
- Supports user Acceptance Test (UAT) executed by Business team.
- May develop training and train end-users.
- Manages cutover activities and ensures site readiness.
- Provides post-project hypercare support: root cause analysis, bug fixing, resolving issues independently or with others engaged and proactively initiating problem prevention.
- Involvement in critical incident management jointly with AIMS support.
- Business expertise for system developments.
- Participates in an IT center of expertise for business technology solutions, supporting global standards, processes and common solutions across the company.
- Reviews and enhances the existing business processes.
- Reviews how system users are working with TMS and ensures users are fully utilizing Digital full potential in their daily tasks execution.
- Responsible for internal IT policies and standards.
- Follows and enforces internal IT policies and standards such as: user support process, configuration/development and testing practices, security policies, documentation standards and communication practices.
- Follows internal IT project management methodologies and uses selected tools.
- Agile and Waterfall Project Management collaboration.
- Refine our agile methodology based on results and customer feedback.
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users.
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints jointly with Product Owner.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
- Fluent English.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Distribution / Logistics execution projects (Warehousing, Transportation).
- Proficiency with other SAP modules/functions (Master Data, MM, SAP LE, SAP WM, eWM, etc.).
- Knowledge and/or experience with various SAP tools to deliver functionality and integration including: IMG/configuration, RFC, ALE, IDOC, ALV, etc.
