What You Will Do Act as a right hand for the sales team, CGO, COO and CEO
General tracking of ongoing activities statuses across multi-participant topics
Handle the internal and external communications with our clients
Manage our internal CRM with proficiency (Hubspot)
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments to make our everyday life easier
Support scheduling business travels (globally) and keep tracking vacations, birthdays, and related supporting activities
Follow up on signature of agreements, ensuring the smooth running of the contracting process
Support event organization and marketing-related assistance
Take meeting notes and action points from multi-participant meetings
Ongoing reporting reminders and data collection (chasing stakeholders)
Basic administrative work for Sales, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks
What You Bring to the Team Able to work 20 hrs/week now (based on workload we'll increase it if needed)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
Agile juniors are also welcome to apply, but you need to have some proven experience in a similar role
Spanish and English languages at a professional level
Able to work in a hybrid position in Palma de Mallorca
Proactive, self-starter, and able to work independently
