Since our establishment in 2016 in Norway, we have come a long way and expanded to Sweden, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Germany, UK, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.About the position: Technical Support is a role that requires a good technical understanding and confidence in your ability to quickly acquire new knowledge about electrical installations, solar cell components, and building technical assembly on roofs.
The solar system's inverter is particularly important.
You may encounter various error messages and have to dive deep into the customer's historical production data to find a solution.
Together with the Customer Management team, you ensure that Otovo customers have a system that operates optimally during the entire lifetime of the solar system.
In the role of Technical Support, the focus will be on progress in handling various technical requests, quality in delivery, while also preserving a good customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Solve challenges related to the installations in a cost- and time-efficient way, either through own expertise, internal resources, or through cooperation and good communication with an installation partner or colleague.Contribute to building knowledge articles for internal and external use.Work closely with other Otovo colleagues from the 13 markets where we are active.This is what we think is you:You have personal drive and are curious about new tasks and areas of responsibility.You have previous experience with customer support, preferably with tools such as CRM (Hubspot).You will have previous experience from practical work as an electrician or have knowledge about electrical systems.It is an advantage that you are interested in the green shift and want to learn more about solar energy.Some knowledge of SCADA monitoring is a plus.As a minimum, you must:Appreciate quality in work and providing customers with a good and safe experience.Be able to handle several tasks at the same time and continuously focus on the most important first.Communicate well, with customers and with colleagues in Madrid.Speak Spanish fluently; any other European language is a plus.We offer:A young, international, and social work environment in central Madrid, with access to free Spanish & English lessons.A company culture that values trust, respect, and equality.The opportunity to build expertise in a particularly exciting area within renewable energy and new technology.Further growth opportunities within the company
