We're looking for Customer Service Advisors who are fluent in the Flemish language and have a good level of English, are excited by innovation and thrive on challenges to join our vibrant customer care team!We Care: Passionate about Customer Support, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets to achieve a high-quality level of consumer service.We´re Curious: Proactive approach to problem-solving and a "can do" attitude.We Achieve Together: Strong teamwork ethic, contributing to personal and team targets/SLA while working on personnel targets.What you'll be doing?You will be using leading-edge diagnostic tools to help guide clients in solving issues.You will be looking to respond to our customers in a timely manner and aiming to have a first-response resolution where possible.You'll be a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on our service and brand values.Working alongside our internal and external teams to look into and resolve customer concerns.What skills & experience you'll bring to us?Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Fluent level of written & spoken Flemish with a high level of English.Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.Have good computer skills and experience with MS Office.Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.Well-organised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure.What do we offer?Salary: €24,000 gross/yearly.Contract: Permanent contract (1-month probation period).Holidays: 24 holidays per calendar year.Work model: Office-based (with Hybrid working option) from our office in Barcelona.Ongoing training and development and an opportunity for you to cultivate a new and exciting career in a high-growth environment.CPM International has a global presence in over 30 countries.
