We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us!Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSupport of Computerized Systems:Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategyUser administration and support deployment of new toolsReporting periodicallyPerforming system reviews (for GMP systems) and backupsRegular contacts and cooperation with software providersLab IT supportPrepare documentation of installationsImplementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutionsTroubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systemsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related areaOver 2 years of experience working in a desk-side support environmentGood understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)IT knowledge is requiredAbility and willingness to work in a paper-based environmentFlexible and team-oriented personCollaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creativelyCan communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholdersExperienced working in multinational teams, i.e.
