Designing, implementing, and evaluating learning roadmaps that support the professional development of employees in customer-facing roles as well as headquarters staff, aligning these initiatives with the company's overarching talent management strategy. Developing holistic learning plans based on social and collaborative methodologies, incorporating digital approaches to enhance the company's operational frameworks. Assessing essential capabilities for key roles by analyzing job descriptions and contributing to the development of capability. Assisting in the creation of a catalog of learning content to support employee growth. Evaluating requests and situations, translating them into learning needs and identifying the capabilities required to design effective learning pathways. Understanding customer needs and market trends to develop tailored plans that adapt to the evolving market landscape. Creating an environment of excellence while understanding what motivates each team member and supporting their professional development. Collaborating with the senior management team and other related areas to translate our corporate strategy into a capabilities plan, ensuring a unified approach to employee development and talent growth. Designing learning solutions focused on transformational capabilities within a digital and collaborative ecosystem, coordinating learning efforts to ensure effective change management and create meaningful learning experiences. Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology or any social science linked to social behavior. Specific training & development post graduate, certification or demonstrated experience. Experience working in L&D teams for at least 4 years. Fluency in Spanish and English.
