The question is: are you ready to change the world with us?About the role: Wallbox is looking for a Senior Content Writer to help shape our Brand's tone of voice, own our content strategy and tell Wallbox's story.
As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing and curating relevant content for our multiple audiences in various formats (long and short, multimedia), while further solidifying Wallbox's brand and reputation as a leader and innovator in the electric vehicle charging sector.Responsibilities:Own and execute the Content plan, growing readership and engagement via our blog, inbound marketing program and other channels.Create processes, choose and implement tools for effective collaboration for content creation, review, translation and publication.Oversee and manage content agencies and other external content creators.Edit content created by others, such as product managers, product marketing managers, field marketing leads, freelancers, and PR agencies.Oversee writing and translations with freelancers and external agencies.Execute on ideas from the creative and content team, as well as develop your own content ideas.Create and manage a content calendar and proactively uncover new opportunities for content creation and distribution.Maintain ongoing communication with all relevant stakeholders regarding the status of active projects and provide feedback/metrics for completed projects.Develop a thorough understanding of our target audience and buyer profiles, as well as effective engagement strategies.Analyze best performing content and report out on the data.Follow SEO best practices.Requirements:8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ as a journalist, content marketer, technical writer or equivalent in-house.Excellent writing and communication skills, with a focus on compelling storytelling.Native or proficient level in English and Spanish.Passion for technology and comfortable writing about highly technical industries; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.A bachelor's degree in English/Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent.Desire to improve, edit, and re-work content based on feedback.Ability to use data to evaluate content efficacy and adjust strategy accordingly.Previous experience managing content for a B2B technology company.Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.A positive, can-do attitude and desire to make Wallbox's content world-class.Benefits:Half-day Fridays!First class private health insurance after your first month at Wallbox.Online group training sessions twice a week and other out-of-office activities.Use one of our EVs for a weekend and/or a week (car sharing) and test our products in your home (beta testing).Free online language classes (Spanish/English) twice a week.Flexible compensation valid for restaurants, food delivery apps, transportation, childcare, and learning development.Hundreds of discounts in different brands/services with our Wallbox Circle benefits platform.Car discounts and special advantages if you choose an EV!Smartpoint for all your online orders/services at our offices.Free coffee and soft drinks to fuel those tough Monday mornings.
