Location: Barcelona, Spain. Relocation assistance available (Hybrid)
We are searching for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for one of the leading FinTechs in Europe and a category leader in the verticals and markets it operates in.
Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure services with a focus on scalability, availability, and security.Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.Work closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that infrastructure changes are tested and deployed seamlessly.Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, backup procedures, and other reliability efforts.Participate in on-call rotations, providing expert troubleshooting and support for infrastructure-related incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and translate them into cloud infrastructure solutions.Stay abreast of new cloud technologies and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve our cloud infrastructure.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and management, preferably in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong understanding of cloud services, web protocols, and Linux/Unix administration.Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.Demonstrated experience in implementing automated testing for infrastructure changes.Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.Our Tech Stack:Backend: .Net Core, SQL Server, WebAPI, Azure, Kubernetes
