.Sales Rep Truck Iberia West The Sales Representative is responsible for the management and development of a portfolio of clients and/or the final user of the area Iberia West in the Commercial PBU. Responsibilities include: Evaluating the market situation and customers, planning orders, resolving issues that may arise according to business objectives, and achieving profitability and payment goals. Managing all sales activities related to ensuring the timely and effective implementation of the defined objectives. Working towards continuous improvement of customer relations, involving other departments in the process. Ensuring effective management of customers in terms of coverage and frequency of visits based on established criteria. Negotiating with accounts in collaboration with the Sales Manager, analyzing sales statistics, optimizing sales forecasts, and setting objectives according to the trade policy defined by company management. Managing Customer Relationships and negotiating agreements with customers. Implementing marketing and commercial actions in the accounts of responsibility. Handling incidents and complaints from customers in collaboration with Customer Service. Ensuring on-time deliveries to customers in collaboration with Customer Service and Logistics. Managing logistics and providing examples of day-to-day problems and solutions. Determining action plans for commercial deviations and proposing actions to the Sales Manager. Planning and managing time to ensure necessary visits for business development and achievement of objectives. Delivering numbers and achieving volume and profitability targets of assigned accounts according to the business plan and budget. Implementing the trade policy of the PBU and establishing goals per account aligned with the AOP of the company. Implementing actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in the short and long term. Making pricing decisions according to the legal policy of the company. Meeting targets of coverage and frequency of visits and contributing to PCP input. Implementing promotional plans set by the company within the accounts of responsibility. Maximizing distribution and promotion of launches of the current references portfolio/product. Coordinating with other departments to ensure adequate implementation of promotion agreements, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance. Providing market and competitive intelligence, proposing the inclusion and exclusion of references of the portfolio. Supporting customer strategic planning activities and following up on income statements: sales, profitability, assortment, stocks, availability. Delivering a value proposition based on the needs of each client. Requirements: Previous experience as a commercial representative. Objective-oriented with a high capacity for autonomous problem-solving. Proficient in Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). English level B2. Strong communication skills with different interlocutors
