As a Strategy Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the Senior Leadership as a thought partner in several business areas with a focus on bringing insights to light through data analysis. You will be responsible for managing and delivering day-to-day and ad hoc responsibilities related to financial reporting, business analytics needs using relevant data tools, reporting environments, and dashboards.
What you'll do Work directly with the CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of Strategy on various exercises, such as business analysis, management presentations, financial modeling, and KPI analysis and reporting.
Provide insights and analysis for Senior Leadership supported by meaningful and accurate research.
Develop financial models in Excel.
Prepare synthetic recommendations of insights and analyses in PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Senior Leadership of our various business segments on ad hoc analysis.
Ideally, you'll bring with you 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from consulting companies.
An outstanding academic track record.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
Ability to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Good finance knowledge of financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.
Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization.
Advanced computer literacy: experience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools, advanced Excel, building reports in PowerPoint.
