At Winning Selection, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a project for one of our clients in the Insurance Industry. This position is REMOTE FROM SPAIN with a requirement to travel to Italy (3-4 days a month).As a Business Analyst you will: Have significant experience in successful Lean / Operational Excellence project delivery.Possess operations management experience.Have experience working within financial services (insurance industry preferable).Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint and Excel.Have experience with process modeling tools (e.G., Visio).Be familiar with project management tools (e.G., Microsoft Project).Have experience as a Business Analyst preferably as part of business change.Be skilled in documenting and presenting process flows/diagrams.Understand and have experience of the full project lifecycle.Have preferred experience in BPO or off-shoring.Possess good knowledge of change management principles and methodologies with experience in role, process, and systems transformations.Demonstrate the ability to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problems.Desirable: Experience in project management.Fluency in English and Italian.#J-18808-Ljbffr
