We are dedicated to IT recruitment across Mexico, Latin America, and the United States.We are currently seeking a Document Review Manager .The Review Manager reports to the US MDR Delivery Director and is responsible for managing document review projects from inception to completion.Responsibilities:Oversee multiple electronic disclosure/document review projects, serving as the primary point of contact between Integreon and the client/law firm.Manage client engagement by designing review workflows and protocols that are specifically tailored to meet the client's requirements.Supervise temporary review teams, taking full responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the review process and quality control.Support business development efforts by acting as the subject-matter expert in managed document review during client meetings and in response to client inquiries, as needed.Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within the specified timeframe and budget.Abilities:10 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or at an electronic discovery/litigation support provider, will have acquired the breadth of skills required to be successful in this role.Exceptionally strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.Proven ability to manage risks in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.Excellent writing skills with the ability to effectively interface with corporate clients and law firms.Highly motivated to learn and adopt the latest technical skills.Preferred familiarity with a range of eDiscovery/eDisclosure technologies, including technology-assisted review and analytics.Benefits:Remote position15 days of Christmas bonus12 vacation daysFlexible working hoursIMSS (Mexican Social Security)Life insuranceFamily funeral expense insurance packageHealth membership for the employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
