In some cases, Proton's services have even been instrumental in saving lives by enabling secure and private communications in high-risk situations.The Team: As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with social media influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and strategies that align with our brand's image and objectives. Your role will be crucial in expanding our reach and establishing strong, authentic connections with our target audience through influencer partnerships.What you will do:Scout and contact influencers for potential campaigns and to enlarge our database.Monitor, track and optimize the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.Analyze key metrics and prepare regular performance reports for internal teams.Use data to inform future influencer selection and campaign strategies.Ensure campaign details, agreements and communications are accurately documented and organized.Maintain regular communication with influencers and agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.Prepare financial reports and assist in budget forecasting.Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.Make a background check of any potential influencer to make sure the profile is aligned with the company values.Manage small influencer campaigns to make sure key deliverables are completed correctly.What we need from you:Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English).Ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, reporting and documentation.Effective time management and multitasking abilities.Strong organizational skills.Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies.Experience with influencer marketing platforms (Upfluence, AspireIQ, etc)
