Here, you will be in a company where your co-workers and managers really care about you and about opening opportunities for you in life and business.About This RoleWe are looking to bring a seasoned designer and design manager with an executive vision into the company to oversee the quality and development of the creative content our creative team produces (i.E., videographers, designers, photographers). We produce:Longform product infographics with a combination of text, images, and graphics for Amazon listings (known as A+ content)Product photosets and edited final infographic image sets for Amazon listings.Product videos (studio and lifestyle) with text overlays, music and/or narration for Amazon listings.The purpose of this role is to ensure that all works produced by our team in the categories above meet our high-quality standards and follow our best practices to deliver the highest quality content to our customers. You will create a strategy and oversee the production of this creative content by our team of creatives (photographers and designers) and ensure standardized delivery before approving the content for delivery to the final customer. You will also be responsible for continuously developing our design philosophy surrounding all of our content production services. You will be the creative beating heart of our team.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that all content created by our creative team is checked for quality before being sent to clients. Providing feedback to creatives when necessary both to fix individual projects and to improve the creative team's performance over time and improve the consistency and quality of their work. Directly making design edits and changes to infographics and images when needed. Coaching and training new creatives that join the team with our training materials to get them up to speed and integrated into our company (primarily designers, but also videographers and photographers).
