Our vision is to lead olive oil into a sustainable future, enabling all our stakeholders to commit to a process of adding value to olive oil, from the tree to the table.Your Opportunity with us:We are looking for an experienced talented professional to join Deoleo as Global Brand Director Bertolli in our Global Headquarters (Rivas-Vaciamadrid).Responsibilities:Manage and develop communication and media plans with responsibility in investment decisions.Establish synergies with the different countries through the instruments defined by the Marketing Global Team.Take responsibility for the main KPIs of the different brand/market combinations and Bertolli as a whole.Continuous communication with the BUs.Co-lead and coordinate the strategy of Bertolli brand ensuring global coherence and local relevance hand in hand with the marketing leaders integrating the Bertolli Brand Coalition.Support in the development of fundamental branding (Brand Ambition, Consumer Target, Brand Positioning, Communication, Visual Identity, Pricing, Innovation, etc.)
to develop all the elements of the marketing mix.Support in the development of Bertolli brand innovation projects, identifying key global platforms to be developed, elevating the camera to have fewer bigger projects.Ensure brand consistency along the key countries.Active participation and contribution to Deoleo Global Steering Committee and Marketing Leadership Team, walk the talk of Deoleo marketing community collaborative approach.Participate/Lead 1 specific transversal project/year to contribute to the overall marketing community working together with the CMIO.KPIs;: Bertolli growth trend and penetration.Bertolli 3 Year Strategic Plan Delivery.Innovation Pipeline Fulfillment.Market Share, GM contribution fulfillment.Leadership of the Brand Coalition of Bertolli, working together with the Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Coalition Team Members.Support Bertolli marketing teams in the countries (not just Brand Coalition members).Development of Bertolli marketing mix (Brand Fundamentals development).Skills:University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification, post-graduate marketing qualification desirable.Proven expertise and wide-ranging experience of Strategic Marketing (specifically communication innovation) at a senior level in an FMCG global organization.
