The Alpega Group is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing growth strategies across brand awareness, demand generation, ABM and customer retention. In this role, you will manage a team of four and be responsible for driving operational excellence across our marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, measurement, and optimization of campaigns targeting SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise segments to maximize ROI and support business growth. This role will be based in Barcelona, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four marketing operations professionals and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that supports the team's growth and success.Marketing Tech Stack Management: Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce, to ensure seamless data integration, campaign execution, and performance tracking.Marketing Automation: Oversee the development and execution of marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, drive engagement, and enhance the customer journey. Ensure automation processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.Paid Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media, display networks) to drive lead generation and conversion.Campaign Operations: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various customer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).Data Management and Analysis: Oversee data quality, segmentation, and management across all systems. Develop CMO dashboards and reports to provide insights into campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.
