Live Data Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Python developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing applications using Google Cloud, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, Pandas, and Django. This role is crucial for creating innovative technological solutions that optimize our operations and improve the efficiency of our processes, especially in handling large volumes of data.
Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python, Django, Fast API hosted in own servers and on Google Cloud.
- API Integration: Create and manage RESTful APIs to ensure efficient communication between services.
- Database Management: Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure optimal performance.
- Containerization: Use Docker to containerize applications and ensure efficient deployment in different environments.
- Data Manipulation: Use Pandas for cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large volumes of data.
- Backend Development: Implement and maintain web applications using Django.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and meet project requirements.
- Code Optimization: Continuously review and improve code to maximize application efficiency and scalability.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for developments.
Requirements:
- Python Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development.
- Google Cloud Knowledge: Experience using Google Cloud APIs and services such as Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Cloud Run.
- RESTful APIs Expertise: Experience in creating and managing RESTful APIs.
- PostgreSQL Management: Solid experience in administering and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
- Docker Skills: Experience in creating and managing Docker containers.
- Pandas Experience: Deep knowledge of Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
- Django Development: Experience in developing web applications with Django.
- Linux Knowledge: Familiarity with the Linux environment for application development and deployment.
- Desirable: Knowledge of RabbitMQ for messaging management in distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and effective problem-solving skills.
