The hub offers a real opportunity to develop in a highly fast-paced, multicultural, technology-driven environment where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of who we are and what we do.About the RoleYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work across teams to provide technical guidance and support the entire development process of the product.Develop a well thought out plan which helps Data scientists to produce a program which meets the needs of Business.Prepare a training manual that can be used by application users.Attend meetings with Business, data scientists, SQL developers, Business planning analysts, and other staff.Improvements operations by completing systems analysis work.Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation and model implementation.Deliver production-ready code.Proficient in English (spoken and written).What you'll bring to the role:Degree in Computer Science or other related Bachelor.5+ years of experience in a technology related field such as software engineer or developer.Experience with Agile Methodologies.3+ years of Python Programming experience.Expertise in functional specifically in Python.Experience in databases (Ms SQL preferred).Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures.Experience in writing unit tests.Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation is a plus.Desirable requirements:Object-oriented programming in Python is a plus.Familiarity with GitHub or any other version controlling tool.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and problem solving.Understanding of machine learning is a plus.Experience with libraries such as pandas, numPy, sciPy, scikit-learn, pyspark is a plus.You'll receive:As a curious organization, we provide endless opportunities to learn and grow through remote, online and classroom learning services across a broad range of topics.
