Manage and update a tier-based pricing system for a 48,000-unit self-storage portfolio. Cleanse and monitor market data to ensure pricing accuracy across the portfolio. Collect, process, and transform data to prepare it for analysis and reporting. Support the development of revenue forecasts, budgets, and strategic pricing initiatives. Resolve data automation bugs and support error-checking processes. Perform ad hoc analysis for special projects and decision-making support. Document business processes and help identify opportunities for process improvements. Manage data entry tasks and manually update reports as needed. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Data analysis to identify trends and insights. Data visualization to communicate findings. Strong MS Excel skills for data handling and analysis. At least 1 year of experience with databases, schemas, Python, and SQL. Familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI (bonus points). Great communication and presentation abilities.
