SEK Catalunya needs to incorporate a PYP English Teacher for this academic year.
MISSION: Empowering students to become proficient communicators, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners through the exploration of inquiry-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and global mindedness.
FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement teaching plans for the transdisciplinary and disciplinary units.Attend department meetings and participate in collaborative planning sessions.Take part in standardizing assessment tasks.Contribute to curriculum research and improvement.Stay updated on the PYP scope and sequence.Communicate with parents about the students' progress.Attend school activities such as festivals and Open Days.REQUIREMENTS: Primary teacher.Teaching experience, preferably in the PYP.High English level.Microsoft Office user.Experience with other educational platforms to enhance classroom dynamics and promote such tools with the team will be appreciated.WE OFFER: Contract: Permanent.Schedule: 9:30 – 17:10 h.
