What You'll DoManage the full verification process for therapists (active search through relevant channels, data validation through phone calls and video calls, handle of the onboarding process).Provide support to users through designated channels (Portuguese and English speaking service).Analyze customer needs and optimize ticket resolution times.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.Translate digital documents from Spanish and/or English into Portuguese.What We SeekOur goal is to find a talented problem solver with a great attitude who is ready to become a full member of the Operations team. Your ideas, opinions and perspectives are welcome from day one. For this position, the following skills are preferred, but not essential:
Degree or bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, human resources, psychology or related fields.Fluency in both Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.Knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office, CS and/or management software).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to work as part of a team and create a good working environment.Your TeamThe Operations Team plays a fundamental role in the relationship with clients and users as well as continuous communication with the other company's departments. Your role will be fundamental in leading TherapyChat to the next level, where you will be able to develop new skills and learn from each of the teams.
