As our company continues to grow and strive for excellence in our operations, we are looking for a Project & Supplier Control Manager to join the Architecture and VM team based in our Madrid HQ.
This role will involve data collection and analysis, implementing new processes related to the growth and development of our department and promoting sustainability within our operations.
This is an opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and passion for driving success to make a significant impact within our organization.Your role will be:Driving the execution of budgets, controlling construction processes and implementing effective planning strategies.Coordinating technical visits with local architects to obtain feasibility reports prior to the start of new projects.Obtaining necessary construction permits in coordination with the Project Managers.Organizing and cataloguing samples while seeking for new ones.Managing construction contracts and insurances with Loewe's legal department and negotiating with suppliers.Working closely with the other departments involved in the Architecture or VM projects to ensure they are on time and meeting the company's standards of excellence.Integrating new store opening projects into our platform, collaborating closely with Project Managers to maintain and update ongoing projects, generating periodic reports to inform internal stakeholders about new openings.PROFILEWhat is important for the role:5 years of experience in retail construction management or companies from a similar sector.Luxury industry experience is required.Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, Autocad, Photoshop and Power Point.
Asana software would be a plus.Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Advanced level of English and Spanish.
