Rapid Response Project ManagerPosition Purpose: A Rapid Response Project Manager works as part of the global COE team. They are expected to manage the stakeholders both internally and externally and take a leading role for the project deliverables in each of the project phases from initiation and preparation of the project to its scoping, implementation, stabilization, and closure. Since the role will be managing or leading projects in supply chain, this will require a strong understanding of overall supply chain processes, particularly in supply coordination and demand planning, and interconnected to other cross-functional functions, as well as understanding (ideally hands-on experience) of the supply chain system landscape.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:Create and work as part of a large project team & lead projects for new or cross-functional SSCDN areas.Lead and contribute to the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.Manage internal and external stakeholders in the project and communicate the status of the project.Lead discussions in the project on the blueprinting phase prior to transition initiation for new functional areas.Support in the fulfillment of deliverables and timelines, with appropriate quality and documentation.Report project status on management level and to other stakeholders.Evaluate and escalate risks and find appropriate mitigation actions.Lead change management activities and prepare the organization for future changes related to a project.Qualifications:University or commercial degree in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant professional experience.Experience of more than 5 years in supply chain and project management/consultancy environment.3 to 5 years related experience in supply chain management (pharma experience a plus).Strong SAP knowledge, particularly in SAP ECC and APO.Very good analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills.
