Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Remote - Spain
We are hiring at Aspire Software for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join one of our portfolio enterprise software businesses in Europe, where you will be responsible for defining and executing on the technical vision and strategy for the business.

What your day will look like:
Develop and implement a technical vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure technical solutions support the business objectives.
Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends that can improve the company's product offerings and operations.
Manage and mentor the technical team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality products and services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and communicate the company's technical capabilities to potential customers.
Monitor and analyze competitors' technology strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Responsible for the company's technical infrastructure and ensuring that it is reliable and secure.
About you:
At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Knowledge of .NET framework (4.8) / Core / ASP.NET Web Forms / ASP.NET MVC / MS SQL.
3+ years of experience in DevOps best practices and implementation of CICD pipelines.
Excellent knowledge of TFS and Git.
Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
A "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards problem-solving.
Goal-oriented with comfort in setting measurable goals for others and him/herself.
At least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Legally authorized to work in Europe.
