About AdtractionAdtraction is now looking to reinforce its already successful team in Spain, where we currently hold a leadership position as finance and e-commerce specialists in performance marketing, with strong advertiser and publisher partnerships.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, negotiate, and sign new performance-based traffic sources to run in the Adtraction network.Manage relationships with publishers and develop assigned accounts to maximize performance.Manage profitability demands while monitoring traffic quality and conversion.Maximize results, replicate successful campaigns, and provide conflict resolution.Evaluate campaign results.Develop new business areas.Attain knowledge about the market and trends.Contribute with new ideas to the overall growth of Adtraction.Create and send newsletters to partners.Position RequirementsExperience with affiliate marketing.You have at least 3 years experience in digital marketing sales and account management.Speak both Spanish and English fluently.
