Your Responsibilities:

Currently, there is a team within the platform responsible for the management of user information:

- Account, Preferences, Wishlist, Address, Segmentation.

- These products may soon include a loyalty product.

You will take care of these products.
- You will work hand in hand with the UPO of the unit or the CPO of the platform to understand the needs of your stakeholders and propose an adequate roadmap for the team's products.
- You will collaborate with part of the current team and interact with stakeholders from all chains to understand their needs.
- Roll Product Owner.

Your Profile:

- Experience as PM or PO, preferably.
- Experience in e-commerce contexts.
- API Product Experience: knowledge of e-commerce built as a microservice platform, with products offered through APIs.
- Familiarity with the definition of APIs as a product and the API-First approach is especially welcome for some products.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum work environments.
- Experience in data-driven decision making.
- Previous experience working with objectives and key results (OKR).
- Experience in leading multifunctional teams and decision making.
- Experience in dealing with management, customers, and users.
