Main duties:Ensure all PV components and other installations are completed by within the program schedule.Be responsible at the construction site (from EPC side) to ensure the scope/milestone is completed within quality standards and is accepted by the client.Work together with all project team members as required in the establishment of project schedules and resolving schedule problems.Supervise checking and acceptance of deliveries of materials and equipment and ongoing submission of information by filed procurement specialist to the Procurement department.Coordinate the work of subcontractors.Participate in meetings with all stakeholders including investor and subcontractors.Work closely with Quality, Project Management and other company departments to ensure all activities are being executed per policies and procedures.Partner with the Safety group to ensure that the implementation/interpretation of safety programs are being executed in all activities at all levels.Coordinate with Construction Manager the preparation plan for daily, weekly or monthly planned activities.Prepare reports for the actual progress of the project, including remarks for identified potential obstacles, delays and missing materials or equipment.Profile:Vocational education in electrical engineering/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering fields.2+ years' experience in the field of site management of construction projects (PV projects will be considered as an advantage).Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary and stay for long periods of time.B2 level in Spanish and English written and spoken. The communication with clients, subcontractors and locals is in Spanish.Good leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability.Organized with the ability to multitask and keep to timelines.Ewi is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
