Domain Maintenance / Inspection / Technology, Operations Type of contract: Regular positionExperience: Minimum 3 years Candidate Profile Engineering degree with 3-5 years of work experience Technical skills (solar PV), purchasing and negotiation appreciated Autonomy, efficiency, sense of priorities and entrepreneurial firm performance culture Capacity for analysis and synthesis, to open up new topics and be creative Ability to listen and leadership of multidisciplinary teams Fluent in English (min B2) and Spanish Activities Reporting to the PV Operation and Maintenance manager of TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica ("TERIb"), the O&M project manager is a member of the PV Technical Asset Management ("TAM") team which, upon hand-over by the Engineering Procurement and Construction team (if projects built by TERIb) or by the project acquisition team (if projects acquired operational), is in charge of all technical aspects of the exploitation of the photovoltaic plants (and related infrastructures) that are in TERIb scope. The PV O&M Project Manager is in charge of coordinating and controlling the operations on the assigned portfolio of assets. He/she takes responsibility to plan, organize, evaluate, and monitor TAM and O&M activities, regardless of whether carried out directly (by TERIb TAM own resources) or through outsourcing (by external contractors and providers). Support EPC Provisional Acceptance and punch-list closure processes, together with TERIb EPC department Define technical plans and economic budgets for site operation and maintenance activities at the assigned assets Organize, supervise execution, and monitor all O&M tasks at the assigned cluster, being responsible for compliance of technical KPIs and OPEX of the assets against the applicable plans and budgets, and of their optimization Contribute to the definition, and lead the implementation, of the procurement and outsourcing strategy for O&M services and materials for the assigned assets Control and monitor the status of the assigned operational assets #J-18808-Ljbffr
