Candidate Profile: Engineering degree with 3-5 years of work experience Technical skills in solar PV; purchasing and negotiation appreciated Autonomy, efficiency, sense of priorities, and entrepreneurial firm performance culture Capacity for analysis and synthesis, creativity, and ability to open up new topics Ability to listen and lead multidisciplinary teams Fluent in English (min B2) and Spanish Activities: Reporting to the PV Operation and Maintenance manager of Total Energies Renewables Ibérica ("TERIb"), the O&M Project Manager is a member of the PV Technical Asset Management ("TAM") team.
Upon hand-over by the Engineering Procurement and Construction team (if projects built by TERIb) or by the project acquisition team (if projects acquired operational), the O&M Project Manager is responsible for all technical aspects of the exploitation of the photovoltaic plants (and related infrastructures) that are in TERIb scope.
The PV O&M Project Manager is in charge of coordinating and controlling the operations on the assigned portfolio of assets.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing, evaluating, and monitoring TAM and O&M activities, whether carried out directly (by TERIb TAM own resources) or through outsourcing (by external contractors and providers). Supporting EPC Provisional Acceptance and punch-list closure processes, together with TERIb EPC department. Defining technical plans and economic budgets for site operation and maintenance activities at the assigned assets. Organizing, supervising execution, and monitoring all O&M tasks at the assigned cluster, ensuring compliance with technical KPIs and OPEX of the assets against applicable plans and budgets, and optimizing them. Contributing to the definition and leading the implementation of the procurement and outsourcing strategy for O&M services and materials for the assigned assets.
