OCA Global Consulting Division consolidates all OCA Global group's advisory and technical support services for private clients and multilateral organizations and focuses on delivering advisory services, leading the transition towards a sustainable, low-carbon future in Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Climate Change, Environment and Infrastructure and Sustainable Economy.Due to our growth and expansion, we need to incorporate a PV Consultantlocated in Madrid. Other locations available Barcelona, Málaga y Sevilla.Reporting directly to the Renewable Energy Director, your main responsibilities will be:Provide technical support in all project phases: project development, design, construction and commissioning for solar PV projects, as part of the owners' engineer and technical advisory team, including the following tasks: Technical due diligence reports, including PV resource analysis, grid connection evaluation and technology, energy yield and site assessment. Design review, including the technical revision and approval of the main project design engineering documentation. What requirements are needed for the position? Education: BSC in Engineering. MSC in Renewable Energy would be favourably considered. Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in similar positions, ideal 5 years. Experience in EMEA and LATAM regions are a valuable factor. Knowledge and experience in solar PV software (e.g. PVSyst) English and Spanish: Native or full professional proficiency. French would be favourably considered. IT: Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of SAP would be a plus. Travelling and short term stays on project sites in Spain and worldwide would be required on a project-by-project case (very occasionally).
