Purchasing Trainee

The role of the Procurement Trainee is to support the Strategic Sourcing Department, assist in supplier relationship management, project implementations, and negotiation processes with manufacturers and distributors.Radisson Hotel Group is one of the most dynamic hotel companies operating in over 90 countries with strong brands such as Radisson BLU and Park Inn.Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved procurement contracts.Lead commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements with suppliers.Perform financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information.Facilitate communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments.Assist in the processes for new supplier and product approvals.Profile Required:Interest in the procurement function.Analytical mindset.Proactive and self-motivated.Highly organized, responsible, and accountable.Resilient and adaptable.Excellent communication skills.Ability to think outside the box.Fluent in English; Spanish and French are desired.Eligible to work in Spain.Being enrolled in a university.The position will be located in the Radisson Hotel Group Office in Madrid, Spain (C / Alfonso XII, 62) and report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Area Manager.#J-18808-Ljbffr
