Global Responsibility Provide technical support to the purchasing team and advise the Purchasing Director and the Category Managers on technological and economic aspects of purchasing management.
Specific Responsibilities · Provide support to the purchasing team on the non productive area, giving administrative support on purchases recording, organizing documentation related to the providers, etc.
· Conduct searches of indirect purchases and services.
· Produce reports related to the purchasing department.
· Track approvals, participating in the process to ensure the correct implementation.
· Negotiate with providers the conditions for purchasing materials.
Requirements Education: University Degree.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
Experience (years/area): +3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in cosmetics or pharma industry.
Specific Knowledge: Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, SAP.
