Purchasing Technician (Based In China)

We are looking for a Purchasing Technician (quality inspection) based in China to carry out the following tasks:About Dara PharmaDara Pharma provides pharmaceutical packaging machines to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cosmetics industries with the most technologically advanced equipment on the market, contributing to the improvement of people's well-being and quality of life.ResponsibilitiesTrack data, identify improvement projects, and manage cross-functional implementation to improve performance of suppliers and key components by implementing process controls and quality assurance plans.Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.Updating all records of purchased products.Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.Supplier's track record for business-performance improvement.Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.Required SkillsOrientation to resultsStrong analytical skillsPrevious experience and past performance with the product/service to be purchasedSound research and networking skillsCustomer orientation and continuous improvementGood level in English and Chinese, valuable good level in SpanishExperience in tooling and industrial sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
