Description:We are Honest Greens, an innovative, passionate, and rapidly expanding restaurant group with one mission: improve society through real food.We do things differently in our industry, embracing - and creating - new restaurant trends and technologies that allow us to make healthy food affordable, convenient, and incredibly delicious.We believe this will help people in our communities live longer, happier, and more sustainable lives.We're looking for a Purchasing Specialist who will assist with the procurement process, including contract management, and ensuring the cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.Additionally, they will be responsible for verifying that the suppliers meet the specifications and standards required by Honest Greens and that the delivered goods and services comply with the agreements.Do you particularly enjoy working with amazing people, having fun at work, and are passionate about being part of the Real Food Revolution?In this role you will be:Identify and evaluate potential suppliersPrepare RFQ, RFPs, negotiate purchasing terms and conditionsAudit of technical specs and certifications and ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulationsMonitor and enforce contract compliance to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and pricing agreementsConduct supplier performance (KPI) and competitiveness analysisDevelop and maintain supplier relationshipsImplement the quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistencyStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, pricing, and best practices to identify risks as well as cost-saving opportunitiesWhat you need to be successful:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or in related fieldsMinimum 3 years experience in procurement in the food sectorStrong negotiation skillsKnowledge of food-related regulations and certificationsStrong analytical profile with high attention to detailsCan-do attitude, proactivity, and good organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeExperience with ERP programs will be a plusFluent in SpanishAdvanced English & French is a mustExperience with the French market is a plusOnly candidates residing in Barcelona
