Reporting directly to our Factory Manager, you will work closely with logistics, production, suppliers, and finance from one of our most prominent factories in Polinyà, Spain. Key Tasks: Update System Data: Keep your key data up-to-date in the system according to planning and changes (orders, dates, etc.). Coordinate Purchasing and Planning: Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and other documents to align purchasing and planning activities with the organization's current and future demand for goods and materials. Monitor Quality and Timeliness: Ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and goods, follow up on purchase orders with vendors, and communicate the status to internal customers. What does it take to become our new team member? Specific training as buyer would be valuable. Previous experience in logistics, planning or procurement preferably within the chemical sector is valuable. Computer skills (Microsoft Office). Communication skills in reading and writing English to follow our internal documentation and oral skills to attend international partners.
