Purchasing & Sales Data Analyst

With presence in more than 20 countries and more than 40.000 employees, we are an international group dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of metal automotive components.The Group specializes in developing innovatively designed products to achieve increasingly safer and lighter vehicles, thereby reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.Located in Abadiño or Palau (Europe Division HQ), we are looking to hire a Purchasing & Sales Data Analyst who actively and in a teamwork role gives added value to Purchasing & Sales departments though the following activities:Monthly update of the Purchasing & Sales activities for follow-up: Review and analysis of KPI, explanation of main deviations and potentials, and analysis of risks and potentials.Measurement of economic impact for decision-making: Calculate the economic impact of the different solutions and transfer the profitability and economic point of view to any decision with objective data, in a clear and concise way.Directing management towards economic results.Control and validate the savings plans proposed by the Factory, Region, and Division purchasing teams.Implementation of purchasing monitoring and benchmark tools.Key Qualifications/RequirementsExcel, PPT requiredGestamp systems knowledge desirable (BW, Gesvolume, GMS, TC, etc)Interest on strategy, global vision and improvement.SAP and ARIBA knowledge desirable (PowerBI...)Leadership skills: Active and team role that involves work activities between different client Purchasing & Sales teams, Division controlling, plants and Corporate Areas.Analysis skills: Manage Global information, different clients, procedures, ways of work, market impacts, etc.Knowledge and EducationBachelor´s degree in business administration, purchasing, sales, finance, economics or accounting.Work ExperienceAt least 5 years' of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector.International experience desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
