Ensure that all incoming product is inspected and entered in the receiving system. Be an ambassador of our shipping and receiving department.
Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly serviceMust have a commitment to follow all Company procedures as they relate to the Purchasing DepartmentMust be able to work in a safe and organized mannerInspect the physical condition and count or measure the quality and weight of all items or supplies at the time they are received and before they are placed in storageReceive goods and verify these goods against the purchase orders within the procurement programGenerate receiving documents electronically and match to purchase ordersMaintain and confirm all documents and files with regards to received itemsAssociated tasks assigned by the Director of Receiving, Storeroom, and F&B Cost ControlsQualifications Previous experience is an assetComputer experience and understandingHigh school diploma or equivalent and two years in purchasing or accounting function, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Must speak fluent EnglishAdditional Information You must be eligible to work in the United States.
