Purchasing & Procurement Technician

Our client, world leader producer of cosmetic dropper packs located in Barcelona area, has ordered us the search and recruitment of a: PURCHASING & PROCUREMENT TECHNICIAN For this role, your main responsibilities will be: ? Manage subcontractors, supplies and services.? Monitorize stocks of raw materials for purchase order management.? Control delivery times of suppliers and external manufacturers.? Attend claims for quality rejections in purchased products.? Request for credits, replacement and re-invoicing, together with the accounting department ? Evaluate suppliers with the different departments.? Keep updated inventory control together with the purchasing manager.? Maintain and deliver data to the purchasing manager to prepare KPIs.? Apply good environmental practices and sustainable purchasing policy. If you want to know if this role is for you, check out if you meet these requirements: ? University Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or specialized education in Logistics, Supply Chain or production services. ? 3 years experience in a technician role in purchase and procurement, within an international scope and in the manufacturing industry. ? C1 Level of English (Advanced) is a must.? Good command of IT systems to support data entry in existing ERP.? Multitasking and high organizational skills, interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills and decision to decide whether to escalate situations and queries.? Residence in Barcelona and surrounding areas. You can wait from the company: ?
