The Opportunity Supporting Product Development Processes Department in driving its activities on processes and systems, with the objective of implementing, monitoring and continuously improving them.
You will be reporting directly to the Purchasing Procurement Processes manager.
What you'll get to do Provide regular/ad hoc data analysis and reporting, being able to adapt the format to the audience (Excel, PowerPoint).
Explore and identify opportunities to automate and improve Purchasing Processes and Systems.
Prepare necessary information for important workshops/meetings to drive decisions.
Collaborate in developing new tools/solutions to support purchasing/proc activities.
Collaborate in the deployment of new systems to other entities.
Support in testing new functionalities developed in the set of purchasing tools.
Create training material (PDF, PowerPoint).
We'd love to meet you if you have Education: Degree in Business Administration / Engineering (Recently graduated) Languages: Spanish English.
