This role will include the management and coordination of all processes related to the supply of materials, goods, and services involved in production processes as well as perform continuous market analysis and ongoing search for new supply sources to improve the Company's competitiveness and independence.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement the purchasing policy and strategy that allows cost optimization and improve supply efficiency. Identify, evaluate and select suppliers that meet the defined quality, reliability, ethics and sustainability standards.Negotiate terms and conditions with selected suppliers that allow us to achieve defined objectives.Collaborate with the different operational areas of the company to understand their needs and adapt purchasing activities to them.Carry out market analysis that allows us to anticipate trends, price fluctuations and significant variations in supply and demand.Develop and implement KPIs that allow us to monitor performance as well as identify areas for improvement.Manage relationships with different suppliers.Integrate and manage the different Purchasing teams throughout the different production units in EMEA.THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a Bachelor's in Chemical Sciences.
