Client: An important international fashion company seeks to incorporate a:
Position: Purchasing, flow and stock analyst

Location: Barcelona

Functions:

- coordinate with procurement manager the purchasing schedule to guarantee deliveries of materials according to production need.
- analyse needs for fabrics regarding quantities and dates.
- identify negotiation opportunities for prices and introduce orders in the systems.
- overview the validation process of the samples to respect the delivery schedule.
- create a daily strong relationship with the key suppliers and make regular visits.
- manage physical dispatch of the goods till final destination (transportation, external quality control )
- manage supplier's invoices and respect leadtimes.

profile:

- degree in Engineering, Science Degree or Business Administration degree.
- minimum 5 years of experience in Ready to Wear or Leather goods.
- demonstrated efficiency in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management..
- able to adapt in a fast pace, changing brand, that is building new ways of working.
- fluent English and Italian is required.
- good knowledge of Excel
