We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to join our growing team in Mijas, Malaga.
This role is crucial in managing our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to our warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, inventory management, and product management, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and process purchase ordersMonitor stock levels and place ordersManage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-lifeAnalyze and manage procurement costsWork closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the home decor or retail industrySkills:Strong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in Office tools and ERP systemsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLanguage: Strong English and Spanish skillsNeed to be located in the Malaga areaHow to Apply:If you are passionate about home decor and have the skills to manage our procurement processes efficiently, we would love to hear from you!
